All standard items returned, except for defects, are subject to a
15% restock charge and must be approved for return. Customer will
be responsible for all freight charges.
The customer is responsible for checking all merchandise upon
receipt for any obvious defects, and contact Caster Now within 10
days of receipt of shipment.
Shipping Policies
Free shipping on all orders totaling $1500.00 or more before taxes
to east coast and central states.  All other orders will be subject to
shipping and handling charges.  Free shipments will be by the
carrier of our choice and are not subject to rush delivery.  Please
inquire for West coast requirements for free shipping.
All quoted shipping dates, verbal or printed, are estimates only.  
Casters Now is not responsible for any shipping delays beyond our
control.
